About This Project

Space constraints, a tight deadline, and a central London location made this one of the more demanding jobs we have taken on. The road had to be temporarily closed and a crane brought in to manage the lifts. On the roof of a five-storey building sat a condenser coil - 4 metres long, 200 kg - and a compressor at 185 kg, both needing replacement. With the chiller serving active laboratories below, there was no margin for delay or error. Both components were replaced and all connections tested. The system was back online within the project window.
