About This Project

A large-scale mechanical replacement carried out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer - timing that added real pressure to the job. The scope covered full pipework replacement throughout the plant room, a new chiller lifted onto the roof, a replacement buffer tank, and new circulation pumps. Every connection was pressure-tested and the system flushed, filled and commissioned before handover. Getting a project of this scale done in a single week, in peak heat, takes preparation and experience.
